Was uneventful and the sales person called quickly after talking to call representative.

Our sales person did a great job of explaining materials and installation. Sales person was late to both meetings. The first time I was notified last minute which was inconvenient because I was taking a short break from work which I had to prolong, but the second time salesperson was late I was notified with the appropriate amount of time. I understand traffic can be bad, but the more heads-up the better.

Very timely. Great communication leading up to the install. They knocked out the whole install in the shortest day of the year (winter solstice). Craftsmanship looks good also. Disappointed we were not notified prior to install how much the additional venting would cost. The salesperson was very upfront there would be no surprise costs when it would be time to write the check.

Clean up went well considering what was done in the amount of time it was done. I found a few nails and adhesive backing film laying around, but overall they did a good job.
